Corporate/Fleet Sales Position

 

o        Work directly with 6-12 BSAW locations

o        Increase the number of advocate’s walking through the doors of all Bobby Steve’s Auto Worlds.

o        Establish and maintain relationships with groups of people and/or businesses to that end.

o        Work with Retail and Automotive Operations Directors to establish systems, policies and procedures to serve those new Advocates within their respective departments.

o        Duties of said position is broken down to 3 categories:

1)     Business development

a.        Research industries near our stores

b.       Create a business plan to implement sales and service solutions

c.        Develop and integrate contracts and options for future Advocates

d.       Create a training menu and agenda for the BSAW sales teams

i.   Service team

ii. Enthusiasm Engineer team

iii.           Grille team

iv.            Towing team

e.        Develop negotiating strategies

f.         Protects Organizations values by keeping confidentiality

g.        Always is education driven and desires to continually learn

2)     Sales executive

a.        Identify potential business Advocates

b.       Present Products and Services to decision maker at business

c.        Close new business deals by coordinating requirements

d.       Identifies business opportunities by evaluating trends and market conditions

e.        Maintains technical and professional knowledge

3)     Account development

a.        Prepares reports for ongoing value to organization and advocate

b.       Identifies product and service improvements by maintaining trends and market competition

c.        Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key advocate personnel who have worked with same business identifying and evaluating additional needs

d.       Builds relationships with advocates within the account

e.        Continue to educate accounts on services offered by BSAW stores

f.         Contributes to sales strategies by evaluating current results, identifying new needs and relaying advocate reactions to CEO

o        Report directly to BSAW Holdings LLC CEO

§         Authority to create and implement sales products and services in all stores

o        Trustworthy, dependable and professional

o        Self motivated, energetic and teachable

o        Likes prospecting and sales

o        10 years of sales experience

o        2 years of management/leadership experience

o        Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

o        $40-60,000 base salary plus commission above base

o        401k plan

o        Car allowance
