JP Morgan are looking to hire a number of qualified solicitors on a contract basis, across multiple lines of business. We currently have a selection of compelling opportunities for qualified individuals with strong experience gained from both private practice and time spent in-house within an Investment Banking environment.
We currently have multiple roles for individuals with robust negotiation, drafting and advisory skills, coupled with appropriate financial product knowledge –
*Liquidity Lawyer – 6 month contract, London – supporting the Cash Management/Liquidity business
*Products Lawyer – 6 months, London – negotiating and drafting agreements for a new suite of discretionary products within the wealth management business, as well as providing pertinent regulatory advice
*Documentation Specialist – 6 months, London – negotiation, drafting and advisory across the WSS business, incorporating custody, collateral management, funds services, alternative investment services.
