This thriving boutique practice offers a high quality alternative to the big firms. Due to substantial growth, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced and talented lawyer to join their successful practice.
The firm has attracted an enviable client base including a number of ASX listed companies, with a strong focus on the mining and resources sector. Your work will encompass all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement, IPO’S, legal due diligence, corporate governance and compliance, general commercial negotiating and drafting and advising on ASX listings rules and the Corporations Act.
You will be considerable opportunity to be directly involved in large transactions and will work alongside Partners who are nationally acknowledged experts in their fields. You will have a minimum of 4-5 years solid corporate experience at a recognised firm, strong commercial acumen and outstanding client skills.
