Our client is a professional entity who prides themselves on their company culture, success and unity. This reputable insurance broker is seeking to appoint a Corporate Receptionist to welcome their diverse client base to the business.

Our client has an immediate need for a temporary Corporate Receptionist due to an internal restructure with the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time position with the business.

You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients, managing meeting bookings, preparing meeting rooms, answering the main business line and following up with internal staff. You will assist with the typing of letters, the coordination of mail outs and manage website correspondence.

To be successful you will have a professional manner, communicate proficiently with clients, engaging their interests and ascertaining the information appropriately. You will have the ability to adapt, quickly applying your skills and experiences to learn the facets of the new role.
