1. The Global Corporate Research Marketing team’s objectives
- Corporate Marketing:
- Develop and implement corporate projects that build/maintain the AXA IM brand: corporate presentation, corporate brochure, expertise brochures, brand and visual identity…
- Marketing of the Responsible Investment expertise
- Research:
- Develop and implement communications projects for thought leadership research: AXA IM’s research review, Investment Acumen; Expertise/Asset class/thematic booklets or articles. Examples of themes are: Responsible Investment, Sustainable Development, Longevity, Emerging Markets, Growth, Inflation, Commodities etc.;
- Contribute to the positioning and awareness of AXA IM’s thought leadership across communications/marketing channels.
2. Reporting to the team manager or Head of team, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Maintain and promote the corporate message and visual identity by coordinating with internal stakeholders responding to brand requests;
- Ensure the regular update of corporate information across communications channels and tools: powerpoint presentations, company profile, corporate brochure;
- Contribute to developing the Responsible Investment communications toolkit;
- Autonomously manage operational marketing projects from start to finish, including the following steps:
- Budget marketing procurement process (Ariba)
- Translation process
- Compliance review
- Production proofing
- Internal/External Distribution (shipping, intranet, internet)
Act as key contact point for various requests originating from business teams across the global organization in order to develop a strong understanding of the business and the industry.
- Contribute to key team efforts, including executing the Responsible Investment team’s communications strategy producing AXA IM’s research review, Investment Acumen.
- Assist coordination of team functions, such as governance, knowledge sharing and meetings conference calls
During the internship, you will work within the Markets and Investment Strategy department’s Corporate Communications function (including investment writing, internal communications, press relations, web communications, advertising, events and Desk Top Publishing teams) in close collaboration with the product marketing, investment strategy, clients and markets, responsible investment teams.
3. What sort of profile are we looking for?
Currently undertaking an M1 or M2 degree or a business school programme with a keen interest in market finance or international capital markets
- Experience in marketing and communication is a plus but not a prerequisite
- Languages: fluency in French and English is required
- Good writing skills (French English)
- Knowledge of/background on global macro themes: globalization, climate change, emerging markets etc.
- Basic knowledge of how financial markets work;
- Organized and rigorous with attention to detail
- Curious with a strong positive team spirit
- Capable of taking initiatives and of being autonomous
- Knowledge of Power Point, Excel
- Familiarity with web tools is a plus
