The Role
You will conduct on-site/off-site credit research on certain corporate clients for the purpose of examining future credit policy on respective companies. To get accurate grasp of credit risk on customers in charge, and review obligor grades without delay. To advise credit department for amendment of Obligor Grades if necessary. Detect customers whose credit risk is likely to be heightened and raise the alarm to Business Units, Credit Departments and other related departments.
Further, you shall grasp updated trend in industry in charge through companies visit. Recognize change of semi-macro economic environment in Asian countries in charge and provide relevant information which could have impact on risk profiles of corporations and industries. Support Business units which are seeking business opportunities with certain companies, through information on obligor grading, research on business environment in industries, research on companies' competitiveness and prospects etc
You will handle credit inquiries received from Business Units, Credit Department concerning various companies and industries as well as develop early warning models or business solution method for customers
Your Profile
You are a degree holder with 3 years of experience in research or economics. With effective research and analysis skills and attention to detail, you are able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team environment. It is vital to have strong communication and written skills. Prior experience in covering consumer goods, financials or aviation sectors are added advantages.
