They have over 300 regular corporate clients and offer a number of products to gain multiple and repeat business within the sectors within which they operate.
Candidates need not worry about compliancy issues or exuberant use of red-tape – if you have an idea of a market/location to grow, your idea will be encouraged as well as supported from line to executive level.
The successful candidate will have a key role in creating business through marketing, targeting, converting leads, pitching in person to potential and current clients both nationally and internationally.
Reporting directly to the charismatic and successful Director of Sales, you will have the chance to work in a very vibrant and encouraging atmosphere.
Candidates are expected to have a history of generating business and achieving targets on a regular basis.
There will be some international travel to Europe, the US, Aus/NZ and potentially Asia. Travel will be undertaken with a lot of notice and time to research, target and plan for pitches to warm and cold leads/clients.
Candidates should be very positive, have a lot of initiative and ‘get-up-and-go’ and for lack of a better cliché - a can-do attitude.
Candidates should have a network of contacts and strong business acumen and market knowledge.
There is an attractive bonus package (not often heard in brokerage/sales firms of late) as well as a strong basic salary.
