Senior, high profile opportunity offered by this prestigious global bank. This is a stand-alone role requiring the successful candidate to demonstrate the gravitas and presence essential to maintain credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Working within a rapidly expanding business unit, the role caries responsibility for working on business development initiatives in addition to the day to day management of existing business. Responsibilities are broad-ranging and will include corporate governance in respect of SPVs, management of transaction management, company secretarial and accounting efforts and undertaking market and competitor research .
The successful candidate will possess a highly commercial outlook and will have proven Corporate Services experience. A relevant professional qualification will be strongly preferred and superior communication and relationship management skills are essential.
