Corporate Strategy / Development – Senior Analyst
The position will involve both origination/implementation of strategic initiatives as well as the execution of acquisition targets. The role sits within a flat business structure and offers daily interaction with the senior management team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years strategy experience at a top tier strategy consultancy (Oliver Wyman, Bain, McKinsey, L.E.K, BCG, etc.). Individuals with the same amount of experience within a corporate strategy/development team or within an MA investment banking team, will also be looked upon favourably. Please only apply if you have had previous exposure to the following sectors: Insurance, Banking, Asset Management, FinTech.
- Work on end-to-end acquisition transactions
- Drive and implement the annual business plan
- Perform competitor and market analysis
- Develop growth and acquisition strategies
- Work as part of the EMEA MA Team on acquisition targets
- Very strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them in practical decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate autonomously
- Strong Excel modelling, PowerPoint and database skills are essential.
