Our Corporate Tax group works with clients to structure business activities and transactions in a manner that manages both the tax imposts and taxation risks. We act as trusted advisors to local and international clients in helping them achieve their business goals in a tax efficient manner, addressing matters such as tax strategy, planning and compliance, international tax, acquisitions, divestments and financing.
Drawing on the skills of high calibre professionals, our Australian Tax Leadership team have a clear national strategy and ambitious growth plans to establish us as the clear market leader.
