Corporate Tax Manager - UK/International - Boutique, London
Take advantage of this opportunity to join a worldwide boutique consultancy. Reporting into the Director team you will be responsible for the Tax department in London which will include the management of the corporate tax compliance of UK companies and to provide multi-jurisdictional taxation advice to International clients on structuring and tax planning matters.
Technically the role will be broad and include such areas as DTT’s, Disposals and Capital Gains; Withholding Tax; UK Holding Companies and Mitigation of Foreign Withholding Tax; Transfer Pricing; CFC legislation
The role is client facing so communication skills are key as you will participate in seminars, business development and networking whilst maintaining an established UK/International client base.
