Overview:

Excellent opportunity for a German speaking Sales / Business Development specialist with experience within Corporate Trust Services to join a leading International Bank.  Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will work within the Trust and Securities Services division, providing clients with trust, agency, depositary, custody and related services on a range of securities and financial structures.  The successful candidate will join an established team and will be responsible for sales origination for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.  This role would be ideally suited to an innovative, client focussed individual with proven sales ability and fluent German language skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating new business/client leads and managing existing clients.

• New revenue generation.

• Identifying and targeting potential new clients using knowledge of capital markets.

• Developing the sales pipeline.

• Liaising with high level decision makers.

• Working closely with client service delivery teams to achieve the goals of the business.

• Preparing and delivering tailored pitches.

• Managing and strengthening existing client relationships.

• Working with a number of products, to include structured credit and securitised transactions, bond and loan financings, Project Financing, Escrow, Restructurings and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

 

You will have:

• Solid capital markets experience.

• Established relationships within Investment Banking industry.

• Proven track record of the full sales cycle.

• Ability to set and meet sales goals.

• Ability to build strong internal and external business relationships

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

• Strong presentation skills.
