Developer/Team Lead
You will be responsible for ensuring the production readiness and change program for the application.
This will involve working closely with stakeholders from the trading desk, operations and finance as well as business analysts and other IT teams.
• Ensure the application is operational 24 * 5.5 to cover its global user base
• Manage all G1 change programs and projects from initiation to delivery
• Priortise all work required for G1, ensuring the right levels of resourcing and risk
• Ensure Global One meets all the banks regulatory requirements such as DR tests and audits
• Manage/improve the processes for projects and support for Global One
• Answer regulatory / audit queries for Global One
• Manage stakeholders
• Be available for out of hours support - escalation only
