Corporate Trust Client Services Manager
Fantastic opportunity to work for one of the world leaders within Corporate Trust, my client was established in 2005 and has quickly established themselves as a Global leader within the Corporate Trust world.
I am recruiting for a number of different Corporate Trust Client Services Manager roles where you will work very closely with senior management to provide the best possible service to clients. You will be responsible for the management of assigned portfolios of Corporate Trust clients/ accounts.
Further duties of the Corporate Trust Client Services Manager will include:
-Managing the overall client relationship including the daily oversight of assigned accounts
-Monitoring of contractual obligations of these accounts and administer debt issuance including various less complex financing structures/ services
-Manage and oversee client enquiries, resolving situations independently and in a smooth fashion
-Participating in compliance reviews and mitigating risk/ minimising exceptions related to audit and compliance
-Minimise outstanding fee receivables for portfolio of accounts
-Assisting in the bid preparation process and analysing retentive bids with existing clients
-Acting as a senior escalation point for deal-related client contracts
-Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with other industry professionals for assigned deal portfolios such as financial advisors, investment bankers and law firms
-Developing/ Mentoring the junior members of the team by providing on-going guidance/ support as required by the team
The successful Corporate Trust Client Services Manager will have the following skills and competencies
-You MUST have previous Managerial/ Supervisory experience gained within a Financial Institution
-You MUST have strong working knowledge of Corporate Trust/ CDO/ CLO/ MTN or Fixed Income products
-You MUST have a proven track record of managing people and setting performance objectives
