My client is a global financial services company, and one of the largest deposit banks in the world, operating within; asset management, asset servicing, wealth management, advisory services and treasury services.
This great position sits within the Corporate Trust team, responsible for running and maintaining financial models for deals using proprietary systems.
Job Description
This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior role, with the opportunity to grow, develop and manage a team. Core responsibilities will primarily be for running and/or maintaining financial models for deals using proprietary systems on an on-going basis. Additional responsibilities include; providing support to resolve deal specific issues related to the deal model or on-boarding and escalating appropriately, and developing deal specific models, reports, and user tools using in house systems.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyse legal documents on complex financial structures
- Come from a securitization background.
- Minimum 2-3 years structured product experience, specifically securities.
- Products: ABS, MBS, RBS, CMOs, CLOs, CDOs
- Understanding of legal documentation, compliance within securitization or related to securities products.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Have a technical degree with a strong Mathematics/Finance grounding. (BSc, MSc)
- Excel: VBA, Macros level
