Our Dermatology office is nothing like youve ever experienced before!  At Pierre Skin Care Institute, our Stanford trained physician treats his staff like family and treats his patients with the utmost medical care and cutting-edge cosmetic procedures all in a spa-like environment.   We are currently in need of an experienced outgoing, energetic Cosmetic Patient Consultant. 

 

Successful candidate must be able to multi-task, be a team player, possess a strong work ethic and high integrity.  This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a good understanding of cosmetic procedures including IPL, fillers, Botox, etc., and has a proven successful track record of effective interpersonal communication skills and knows how to offer 5-star customer service.  Familiarity with Jane Iredale mineral make-up is preferred. 

 

Requirements:  Strong computer skills necessary.  Knowledge of IPL, fillers, Botox, etc.  Minimum one year Patient Coordinator/Consultant experience necessary.  Ideal candidate will have worked in a Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Dermatology, or an upscale spa and has experience working with high-end clientele.

 

Duties include, but not limited to: Cosmetic Consultation services for new establish cosmetic patients, explaining cosmetic procedures, answering questions, offering guidance follow-up, reviewing/collecting fees, make-up consultations, product/retail sales, answering phones and scheduling appointments.  This position will also serve as a back-up for the Front Office desk.

 

We are located in the beautiful city of Thousand Oaks.   Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 5pm; occasional Fridays 9:00am 1:00pm.
