Counterparty Risk Trading IT Project Manager recruitment
You will be required too ensure that delivery to the Counterparty Risk Trading and Securitisation Derivatives desks is achieved, provide a cohesive customer oriented delivery from various internal and external development teams, ensuring seamless progression and clarifying conflicting priorities. Establish sound project management standards to be used by the Counterparty Risk Trading team.
Main Duties
- Coordination of the portfolio of Counterparty Risk projects
- Managing various projects across development, business analysis, testing, release and support.
- Provide business oversight to ensure cross project dependencies are understood
- Project governance
- Build a project management roadmap
- Preparation of quarterly project deliverables for future projects
- Develop an appropriate risk and issue management tool/approach
Person Requirements
- Strong Front Office Project Management experience
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of derivatives products
- Experience of managing multi phase projects
- Sound business facing experience
- Familiarity with SDLC and real software development a strong plus
- Strong communication with confidence
- Strong stakeholder management
- Awareness of formal project management methodologies such as Prince 2 and experience with - management of Agile methods (SCRUM, EVO, RUP, XP)
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well under pressure and adapts well to changes
