Counterterrorism Intelligence Analyst, Junior
Description Key Role: Work as a counterterrorism intelligence analyst with a focus on weapons and bombing issues. Maintain responsibility for the research and production of all source assessments and studies on terrorist threats. Provide analytical support through tailored products focused on non-state actor intent and capability to use Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). Support clients through drafting and briefing assessments with an emphasis on potential terrorist tactics, techniques, and procedures for conducting attacks using IEDs or other weapons. Conduct outreach activities that enhance intelligence information sharing and help to determine the information and intelligence needs of clients. Apply Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) expertise using structured analytic techniques to generate thorough intelligence assessments that adhere to Directorate of National Intelligence (DNI) standards, including short- and long-term assessments, briefings, recommendations, and findings for senior clients.
