Country Client Access Manager – Transaction Banking recruitment

Country Client Access Manager is responsible for channels, network management and solution delivery in countries where the business activity does not justify individual resources per function 

Key responsibilities

• Support OCC and TB Sales in during the mandate acquisition phase by participating to the solution design and highlighting our implementation and product capabilities in client meetings and presentation

• Support the implementation manager during the implementation by liaising with the Japan based customer team and participating to the requirements analysis

• Ensure local japanese compliance, localization, commercialization and PL of the electronic Channel in the country and shall boost penetration, utilization and cross-sell ratios of such electronic channel

• Will support Channel testing activity that requires local country knowledge

• Coordinate country network bank activities with local product managers and the central Network Management team

To qualify, individuals must possess

•  Fluent Japanese and Japan working experience is a must

•  Experience look after product, implementation, channel, solutions for transaction banking is a must

• A degree holder with 6-8 years of proven experience in banking/ finance field, in particular product or business development in solution delivery

• To have good presentation skills and mature communication skills to speak at industry events  

• Business level English is required

• To embrace sharp business acumen and strong interpersonal skills
