As part of their ambitions and vision, Logesta seeks to recruit a Country Sales Responsible who will be managing the development of the international business in the Benelux. In this newly created position, your responsibility includes locating and opening a, preferably, Rotterdam, based office and acquiring a new client base. In order to increase the business, you will continue to invest in prospective customer identification and acquisition. You will be responsible for making quotations, contract terms, warranties and delivery dates with the support of the International Sales Director. You will identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients and by participating in trade shows and conventions. In order to determine the right focus of the companys sales efforts, you will also monitor the market conditions and competitors' products, prices, sales and customer preferences. In future they offer you the opportunity to manage the team in the Benelux.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years outside sales experience gained in the (road) transport industry. A formal background in full load transports is a big plus. You have the ability to act on a bachelor/university degree level and you will bring an existing network of relations. The type of person we are looking for is a mix of a solid, experienced professional and an enthusiastic, energetic hunter. Your personality can be described as flexible, pro-active and client oriented. You are fluent in English and Dutch and are willing to travel to Spain occasionally.
