Since 1971, Averitt’s Regional Drivers have enjoyed running the open roads while riding comfortably in modern, well-maintained equipment. And when it's time for a good night's rest, our drivers have the option to safely park at more than 100 Averitt facilities, many with on-duty security, fuel pumps, showers, exercise rooms and other amenities.

You’ve got a BRIGHT FUTURE AHEAD with Averitt!
- Primarily southern, southwestern, and Midwestern lanes (31-state coverage)
- No NYC or Canada
- Assigned safe, well-maintained Volvos and Freightliners with majority having automatic transmissions and APUs
- Home EVERY Week (with the driver option of being out 14 days)
- Over 90% NO-TOUCH freight and additional Unloading /Loading pay when required
- Additional Stop Pay (not including origin and destination)

- Single-source dispatching!
Starting Pay (all dispatched miles are paid)
Experienced
- 42.5 cpm with 12+ months experience
- Top out pay is currently 42.5 cpm
Refresher
- At least 4 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years (requires a minimum of 3 weeks of paid training at $600 per week.) After successful completion of the course, you’ll earn starting pay of 37 cpm!
OR
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years (requires a minimum of 1 week of paid training at $600 per week.) After successful completion of the course, you’ll earn starting pay of 42.5 cpm!
