Creative Director
Responsibilities:
Serve as a creative visionary for our products
- Interface with stakeholders to drive service product design and definition
- Successfully communicate core experiences of your game to different areas of the organization, aid in ensuring that the product leverages the resources and ideas of the whole organization
- Work alongside key coworkers (Game Designer, Art Director, Producers) to develop an organizational process, structure, project plan that will allow for the team to effectively create high quality work within budget and on time
- Foster, manage, initiate, maintain positive working relationships with external internal organizations that are key in both future current development process
- Communicate research game market patterns, trends, customer requirements
- Passionately express team principles goals to aid in forming a fun stimulating work culture and environment
- Drive the scheduling, executive review processes, specification, status for the studio
- Work with the business model strategy for the product line, while taking ownership of the roadmap
Required Skills:
- At least ten years of experience in the Gaming Industry with the management of internal development teams (Artists, Producers, SW Engineers, Designers, etc.)
- A minimum of five years of experience in the gaming industry as a Product Manager or Producer developing top quality games
- Proven track record in delivering owning successful consumer game development or web production
- Ability to have a data-driven style for decision making
- Able to work effectively in a constantly iterating, fast-paced work environment
- Open and acceptable to feedback
- Previous experience in mobile and web services and technologies
- Solid verbal written communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment while exhibiting leadership motivation
