? Accountable for the creative strategy for all Gartner programs, campaigns and business units.
? Lead a creative team of designers, editors,multimedia, production, presentation designers, and external agencies to create brand-aligned, targeted deliverables that supports the strategy (company, campaign, etc) and generate measurable results.
? Work with marketing managers to focus and translate internal client needs into effective and cost effective creative concepts spanning all media. Contributes strategic ideas and innovative marketing solutions in planning, brainstorming, and other interactions with internal customers.
? Ensures concepts and resulting deliverables for marketing programs deliver a consistent program experience across all media. Ensures design/editorial team approach in developing fresh and compelling creative concepts that add to the Gartner customer experience.
? Champion of the brand proposition at every point of contact. Upholds quality and integrity of creative standards in partnership with Sr. Director, Marketing Communications.
? Ensures that copy is benefit driven and portrays our ?voice? throughout print and on-line media as well as all other communication channels.
? Measures the impact of creative and interactive assets on marketing programs and evaluates their effectiveness for future campaigns.
? Supervises the development of schedules and workflow. Develops budgets and manages teams to meet budget targets for all projects. Works to monitor workflow and allocate resources within department and project budgets.
Qualifications
? Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing communications, B2B technology experience a plus
? Experience working with Editorial staff
? 5 plus years experience managing people
? Solid understanding of all aspects of print and interactive design
? Strong, flexible strategic thinker with vision
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering on global brand, interactive, community, and/or marketing campaigns
