Posted Position Title: Creative Team - Business Manager Career Level: Experienced Function Marketing Function Segment: Marketing Operations Location: United States U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces: Georgia City: Alpharetta Postal Code: 30005-8378 Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose: As a member of the Direct Marketing Center of Excellence, the Studio Business Manager oversees the performance and growth of The Studio. This individual is focused on the financial health of the Studio and ensuring established goals are met. Essential Responsibilities Studio Performance Analysis: "Manages Studio balance sheet, including: Revenue performance vs goals Expenses performance vs goals Net Income performance vs goals Other metrics, as necessary "Measures billing percent and productivity performance vs goals. "Evaluates Customer satisfaction. "Works closely with Studio leaders to analyze individual contractor performance and productivity. "Identifies areas of concern re: the above and recommends measures to correct performance to meet goals. "Identifies ways to optimize operating model and/or processes to maximize Retail Finance savings for creatives. "Maintain performance dashboards for all metrics and regularly present analysis and recommendations. "Benchmark Studio performance against other in-house graphics teams throughout the industry. Growth: "Supports efforts to expand Studio usage within Retail Finance, including recommending additional programs and processes. "Supports efforts to expand Studio usage by other GE business units, including recommending additional programs and processes. "The above will require meetings with current customers and prospects to provide overviews of Studio capabilities. This may require periodic domestic and international travel (~10%). "Document all growth efforts and regularly present analysis. Project Management: "Manage new business projects, when needed, ensuring all deadlines are met, deliverables are executed effectively, and projects are profitable. This will require working closely with other Studio and Direct Marketing COE individuals. "Troubleshoot problems that occur on projects managed by others, as necessary. "Maximizes a positive reputation to ensure repeat business. Qualifications/Requirements: "Must have 5+ years business experience in marketing "3+ years experience managing a client relationship.
