Credit Administration Manager, $30-60k recruitment

The Company
Our client is currently seeking for a Credit Officer and Credit Manager to join their Mortgages team. In this role you will be responsible for administrative functions from new business mortgage applications through to final approval. This includes loan documentation, controlling credit limit and credit collateral, and, preparing reports on credit assessment.

The Role

- Review and assess credit applications for SME business or personal loans, conduct credit review to ensure adherence to credit policies and procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Ensure the lending terms and conditions of the credit applications are complied with the Bank's policies;
- Prepare loan documentation;
- Assist in monitoring and controlling the credit limit;
- Prepare credit risk management reporting; and
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with a proactive and willingness to learn attitude. You must have minimum 5 years' of credit admin experience within a retail and commercial banking environment. You must be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective work relationships at all levels. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
