Credit Analysis
Conventional enough requirement – our client is after credit analysis counterparty risk covering Sovereigns Financial Institutions (FI’s). Candidates can expect core duties to include diligent portfolio management, a leading role in annual quarterly credit reviews and hands on participation in setting of credit limits on client accounts via recommendations reports.
Duties:
- Responsibility for the credit exposure of banks, investment institutions and sovereign in a portfolio of European countries, and the approval of annual credit reviews.
- Compile and present proposals for running credit limits, approval within personal credit authorities or escalate to committee with recommendations
- MIS reporting
- Internal communication within department and with key adjacent teams e.g. relationship managers, SME point of contact for limits and credit activity
Candidates need the exact background as per above – Sovereigns FI coverage is a must and ideally with industry specific qualifications.
