Job Description
The Corporate team is seeking to employ a Credit Analyst to provide a high level of specialist industry and counterparty research in respect of the Corporate sector and provide input on sector and customer strategies and to support the growth of business in Asia.
- Review and new requests within agreed timeframes
- Contribute to the development of and implementation of the Corporate risk appetite, strategies and sector credit standards
- Understand and manage the impact that economic, regulatory and competitive change will have on the clients in your portfolio and the broader Corporate portfolio
- Communicate with key stakeholders on matters impacting:
- Customer transactions
- Changes in customer risk profile
- Performance and outlook of clients
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years experience in an institutional credit role
- Experience in looking after either natural resources, SOEs and MNCs corporates in Asia
- Familiarity with financial markets products (ie. FX, IRS, CCS, CDS, Bonds)
- Legal/documentation (ie Loan security agreements; ISDA/CSA, etc)
- Strong experience working across teams to deliver consistent outcome
- High standard of professionalism and integrity
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
