Credit Analyst (Real Estate)
Due to an expansion of their business they are seeking an experience Credit Analyst to join their real estate team based in their Central London offices.

The main remit of the role is to conduct risk assessment analysis for lending propositions and to provide client relationship support as well and to provide support for the Real Estate team.
Your main duties will include:
- Assisting the Senior RM/RM in the completion of Credit Propositions/ Credit Reviews, which include undertaking risk assessment analysis of various types of lending propositions and to assess the credit worthiness of client companies
- To follow-up with client companies on financial statements, management accounts and cash flow statements; generating financial ratios using internal programs to evaluate financial status, as and when information is available
- To conduct industry studies and competitive analysis to predict patterns and trends for financial projections of existing and potential clients
- Compare liquidity, profitability and credit histories of clients or potential clients evaluated with those of similar establishments in the same industry and/or geographic locations
- To support the Department in administrative matters which include internal audit processes, covenant monitoring, AML/ KYC and reports including Basel reporting, portfolio and revenue reporting, etc.
- To support the Department in undertaking ad-hoc projects/ tasks
- Provide customer service and develop relationships with internal/ external customers
