In this role you will be working with senior stakeholders of the CAF business, external clients and Macquarie's Risk Management Group.

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and analysing transactions proposed with counterparties to ensure that they are well structured, meet appropriate return hurdle and are within prudent limits

- Counterparty credit reviews

- Credit analysis on mid size corporates (with a focus on fleet companies and their customers)

- Due diligence of documentation, to unearth any covenants or clauses that may impact the structure or pricing of transaction

To succeed in this role you will have:

- Experience in the credit analysis of mid size corporate gained in a financial services institution

- Exposure to a broad range of credit and facility types, typically $5-50 million

- Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients

- Tertiary education gained in finance/commerce

- CA or CFA qualification is desired

- Intermediate MS Excel skills
