Reporting to the head of collections you will ensure that long term outstanding debt and recent outstanding debt are collected in a professional manner and ensuring that this is done in a way that they collect the debt, but keep good customer relations while dealing with this situation. This credit control position is collecting direct from the consumer.
You must have previous credit control experience or telesales experience and be able to work towards KPIS. You will be responsible for contacting residential accounts by telephone and letter to chase overdue and outstanding debts, to resolve customer disputes, assisting with all other departments collections request information. This exciting credit control position is all based within an outbound and inbound contact centre. You will also have the opportunity to gain a bonus of £500 per quarter.
