Part Time Payroll and Pensions Administrator opportunity based in New Malden

Ideal opportunity for a payroll seeking work/life balance - this local role offers c16 hours per week working with a lovely friendly firm handling a weekly and monthly payroll for c100 staff. Key duties will include weekly payroll for 40 staff, and monthly for 60 (rapidly changing with starters and leavers). There will also be the need to implement auto enrolment, thus experience of this is also essential.

In detail duties will include:
Set up new starters
Manage employee identity records
Check timesheets
Process weekly and monthly payrolls
Process statutory payments, SSP, SMP, SPP
Process autoenrolment through payroll system onto NEST pensions system
Online reporting to HMRC
Process leavers
Produce leave and sickness reports
Manage payroll and pension queries
Payroll reconciliations
Payroll year end processes

Candidates with a bookkeeping background will also be considered, subject to having payroll and NEST/auto enrolment experience
