Credit Control Administrator

Credit Control Administrator – Lisburn - £15,000 – £16000 - Temporary

Hays is pleased to be working with a leading local manufacturer to recruit a credit control administrator to their busy credit control team. This position has arisen due to maternity within the team and the role is due to last 6-9 months.

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the credit control team, reporting into the credit manager. The primary duties of the role are:

· Preparation of bank lodgements
· Posting BACS payments to customer accounts
· Reconciliation of sales ledger
· Posting credit card payments
· Ensure credit references are obtained for new accounts
· Accurately enter customer details on new customer accounts
· Receiving customer payments
· Assist with preparation of monthly statements and arrears letters

Essential Criteria:

· Strong numerical and IT skills
· At least 2 years’ experience within credit control
· Knowledge of the accounts receivable process
· Available to begin immediately
