Sales and service agents required for job in Manchester city centre with one of the UK's leading insurance providers. They are one of the market leaders in providing a variety of policies to meet customers specific needs. With a large centre in Manchester they are looking to recruit individuals with a customer focus who are willing to learn and contribute to the company's growth and reputation.
This is a permanent job and candidates will need to be flexible to work rotational shift patterns between the hours of 8am-9:15pm Monday to Friday and between 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please don't apply if you are not fully flexible to work these hours, 35 hours a week.

Duties
Answering inbound calls from customers
Being the first point of contact for new customers inquiring about insurance packages
Taking various details and information from the customer following strict policies
Establishing their needs to build a suitable quote
Building rapport to better understand their situation and requirements
Taking the time to have a conversation with the individual to create a relationship
Offering and recommending further cover and relevant additional services and products
Skills
Customer focused
Professional and polite phone manner
Confidence on the phone to deal with difficult situations
Willingness to learn and use initiative to assist customers
Experience in customer service and sales
Experience in meeting targets
Positive and friendly attitude
Ability to get on with a variety of different people and contribute to the team
Past experience of motivating self to reach targets
Due to nature of role must pass strict credit check
