Tasks:
Conduct effective claims management and collection of customers accounts
- Deal with customers accounts
- Deal with customer queries / issues in order to secure payments
- Monitor and assure timely cash allocation to specific customer accounts
- Conduct pro-active cash collection
- Handle debit note for returns with customers via telephone, to clarify settlement of outstanding payments and to set delivery blocks and initiate termination of an agreement
- Handle internal dunning process
- Ensure compliance with the policies of the company
- Monitor compliance with agreed terms of payment

Requirements:
- Previous credit control / cash collection experience for at least 2 years
- Fluent level of German language (both written and spoken)
- Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- Advanced SAP R/3 FI, MS- Office knowledge
