Credit Control French speaking
Hays is recruiting for a French Speaking Credit Controller on a part time basis located in Manchester city centre
This is a challenging role for a leading Fashion organisation operating globally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Credit Control and French Ledger. You will deliver high levels of customer service, whilst managing key customers who may have complex ledgers and large accounts, You will reconcile and collect aged debt .
In your role as a Credit Controller you will succeed by :
Speaking Fluent French
Contacting all customers to agreed timeframes and resolve queries.
Ensuring that the customer ledger is maintained and that all cash is collected in accordance with the agreed terms.
Continuously monitoring the payment behaviour of customers ensuring the effective turnover of debtors into cash flow for the company
Minimising risk and manage credit exposure by reviewing all requests for orders to be released, following the company credit policy and procedures
Ensuring the full adherence to the Section 404 Sarbanes Oxley directive.
Hold regular calls with the account managers to update them on their accounts.
Work with customer services to resolve customer issues
In delivering the above you will also be identifying, initiating and driving process improvements.
As part of the team you will provide cover for team members during times of Holiday Sickness and support the growth and success of the business by undertaking ad-hoc task and projects as they arise.
