Team Coach

We are recruiting for Team Coach to lead and direct an Intermediary Operations administration team with a leading global bank. In this role you will utilise available resources in order to deliver a quality of service to Intermediaries for processing new mortgage sales in line with agreed service standards. You will be responsible for managing the people and resourcing issues for the team on a day-to-day basis. You will ensure there is a short- term plan in place for the team and interpreting how the banks policies are applied.

In this role you will be an expert for the processes covered by your team and you will be constantly looking for ways that the processes and service delivery can be improved.

To be successful in this role you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with enthusiasm and commitment to delivering operational excellence. You must be a motivated individual with the drive to deliver business objectives to SLA and highest quality standards ensuring you have a ‘can do’ attitude towards challenging performance targets at all times. You will be interpreting and using Management Information to gather performance data to measure, plan effectively and drive performance improvements and identify benchmark data to compare with own process performance.

You will be able to provide honest and constructive feedback to others being able to relate learning to work requirements and business performance.
