Your responsibilities will include ensuring that payments are allocated to the correct accounts, management and reduction of aged debt, handling escalated queries and complaints and producing accurate reports on new and existing accounts along with weekly forecast reports. You will also be responsible for managing the credit control team, ensuring that KPI's are met.
As a team leader you will be responsible for numerous members of a team and previous experience with this is an advantage.
