One of the UK's leading personal financial services companies is recruiting Credit controllers to join their team in Bootle.
As a Credit Controller, the role involves contacting customers who are having financial difficulties and who, as a result have accounts, which have fallen into arrears. Using your excellent customer service skills, negotiations are made to get the best possible solution to reinstate their accounts and bring their payments up to date. This may have been an oversight or a simple thing to sort out or they could need longer-term advice and support.
If you enjoy working to and have a history of achieving targets and working to tight deadlines then this is the job for you. You will need excellent negotiation and be confident to use persuasive language during chase and follow up of outstanding debts, along with an outstanding customer service background.
