Credit Controller – French or German Speaking

A global retail company looking for an experienced Credit Controller who is fluent in French or German based in Central London.
You will be joining an established credit team looking after the French, Benelux and German markets. You will need to have a strong background in Credit Control.
For this position, you will be responsible for:
- Chasing up outstanding debt, by telephone, email and letter
- Setting up new accounts including conducting credit checks for new accounts
- Managing incoming monies
- Issuing credit notes and duplicate invoices
- Dealing with multi currencies
- Conducting analysis of aged debtor reports
- Providing cash flow reports
The ideal candidate will be:
- Must speak fluent French or German
- Able to work independently
- Highly numerate
- Confident telephone manner
- Must have excellent written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to maintain good client relationships
