Media Agency, Covent Garden
My client, a leading Media agency in Covent Garden are looking to recruit a temporary credit controller with the specific aim of reducing historic overdue debt including risk analysis though regular status reports for Agency Finance Directors.
Duties:
-Debt collection/recovery (via: email/phone/legal letters) as appropriate
-Investigation of Media Booking / Invoice status
-Liaison with Agency Media teams to establish correct charges
-Detailed analysis of AR ledgers including historic payment allocations
-Escalationfrequent follow up of cases in query status through to legal proceedings
-Provision of bi-monthly status reports for FD’s Credit Manager
-Attend regular debtor meetings with Agency Ac Directors/Managers.
-Work closely with Collection Specialists and client finance contacts
Essential Experiences:
-Significant previous employment in a financial role
-Substantial experience in a Credit Control role
Preferred Experiences:
-Knowledge of Media or Ad Industry
-Usage of DDS system
