£18,000 - £22,000 basic OTE £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits package.

Our Client, a reputable and established organisation within Leeds city centre is looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader to manage their team of circa 6 outbound sales consultants within a busy, open plan, contact centre environment.

Working within a fast paced, target driven environment you will be a hands on manager capable of mentoring, training and developing your team across quality and delivery of first class sales results.

You will be responsible for:
• Lead and motivate your team to produce quality results in order to ensue they achieve and exceed their individual KPI’s and targets across sales results, productivity and call quality.
• Manage and distribute workloads within the team working within guidelines and utilising individual strengths within the team.
• Demonstrate effective business management relationships with the Call Centre Manager and Director to identify development areas, take corrective actions and deliver team training within company guidelines working to maximise team potentials.
• Manage absence issues and annual leave ensuring cover and maximum outputs during seasonal staff holiday peaks.
• Create sales incentives and drive performance within the team creating a competitive yet team-focused environment.
• Analyse and understand in depth the sales process and deliver appropriate training and support within the team utilising tasks and training / development opportunities.
• Successfully deliver and exceed personal KPI’s to achieve on target earnings based on your team performance and also your own management capabilities,
• Conduct daily performance review meetings and coaching sessions in order to ensure impact on call quality, conversion ratios and sales delivery.
• Recognise and reward success through strategy planning, incentives and employee development opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key clients and maximise business opportunities and growth potential.
• Work within clear guidelines set out by the businesses 3rd party clients and work with internal reporting and MI teams to ensure accurate business reporting results.
• Respond to client queries and/or complaints in line with client and internal complaints procedures ensuring reports and updates / conclusions are completed within guidelines in a timely manner.

• Proven background of working in target driven environments at Team Leader level.
