Credit Derivatives Sales Manager recruitment

Credit Derivatives Brokerage House seek a Fixed Income salesperson with strong product knowledge within Corporate Bonds, Rates, CDS, EM, USHG, USHY, Repo and FRN. You will be a driven and confident professional with sales and relationship management experience. With a proven track record in sales and achieving demanding sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills and able to successfully manage multiple client relationships. Strong negotiation skills and able to influence key decision makers. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to sell in a consultative, needs/solutions approach. Ability to work independently, whilst being able to work as part of a wider global team. Excellent communication and client facing skills. Track record of dealing with Front Office and coordinating with other control groups. Electronic trading; European Corporate Bonds and Rates, EM, USHG, USHY.

Ideally you will have experience managing people as a sales manager Responsibilities:             

Understand current market environment, trends and client needs. Maintain awareness of competitor’s products and application. Relay feedback from client visits to global team. Work with sales team to monitor bank participation and ensure directed plans are carried out to sustain and increase participation where possible. Follow through on campaigns created by E-biz manager targeting areas for improvement in existing products. Handling launches of new functionality including scheduling, product demos, execution, and follow up. Identifying potential new business opportunities, working with Head of Account Management to establish and vet ideas.  Bring experience in  DTC trading and provide basis for building relationships.
