Credit Documentation Manager recruitment
Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for credit documentation support for Private Bank's clients in accordance with the terms and conditions in credit guidelines and credit proposals.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Responsible for the documentations for the credit facility of Private Bank clients
- Ensure the work processes are compliant with the policies and guidelines
- Responsible for custodian control for security documents, title deeds and on-going credit facilities maintenance
- Work with Risk Manager to ensure compliance with Group and Country regulatory and control steps
- Assist Team Leader to manage team resources and turnaround time
- Provide constructive advices to Private Bank Front Office on the enquiries on standard and non-standard credit documentations
- Liaise with Credit Risk and Legal Department for credit documentations issues
- Familiar with the mortgage loan documentations and process and demonstrate concrete experience to liaise with external solicitor / in-house legal for non-standard documentations
Qualifications Skills
- Solid experience on handling the credit documentations for corporate and trust
- Solid experience in people management
- Knowledge on Bank credit products, services, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirement in the banking industry
- Knowledge on the purpose of various security documents of the Bank
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively, provide value added advice, influence and supervise others effectively
- Ability to analyse situations, priorities, implement processes and solve problem effectively
- Knowledge on using Words and Excel
