This is an exciting and pivotal role which will drive the success of the credit function whilst maintaining their high level of customer service and personal touch to their customer base.
As an experienced people manager you will be mentoring and developing staff to achieve KPI's and whilst maintaining the business's core values as well as managing the large complex customer accounts. This role has the opportunity to have a strong profile in this organise and lead the business as they focus their attention to the balance of performance and customer service. You will have had proven experience in managing a team successfully to achieve results and have been involved in process improvement around ensuring efficiencies and new collections strategies. This is a highly complex business with a varied customer base therefore your approach should tailored and personal as opposed to one size fits all.
