Credit Manager/Client Liason Manager Job in South Yorkshire, Yorkshire Uk
My client based in South Yorkshire is looking to strengthen their team with a Debt Manager. This role will be responsible for a large team of debt collection professionals so staff supervision is essential. Ideally for this role you will have worked within a large team environment ideally within the financial service sector although not essential. This role will suit someone coming from a consumer or commercial debt collection environment.
Your duties will include:
- Management of team of 20 staff Including team leaders
- Full responsibility for the active debt management database
- Responsible for the timely administration of the customer debt management plans
- Ensuring creditor negotiations are completed in the best interest of the client
- Client retention management
- Ensuring the facilitation of monthly payments are being maintained
- Driving staff towards team targets
- Ensuring service remain high at all times
- Developing staff through appraisals
- Developing internal and external relationships
- Analysis of market trends
- Liaising with Directors of the business on team performance
Ideally for this role you will have a minimum of 2 years practical experience within a debt management capacity and be available for interview in the next month.
