Credit Officer
Our client is a PRC investment bank in Hong Kong.
The job:
- Conduct credit assessment on clients, margin financing requests and preparation of credit proposals
- Develop credit risk modeling, monitoring trading and credit limit and grant temporary limit on real time basis
- Monitor margin financing on equity and other product as well as updating margin list
- Monitor intra-day margin and position limit monitoring of clients trading
- Perform due diligence duties
- Assign internal credit ratings to clients
- Perform market risk analysis of financed clients
- Prepare daily credit and market risk reports to management
- Determine the margin financing ratios on listed securities OTC structured products
- Prepare credit proposal by applying financial analysis on individual, corporate and institutional clients (including mutual fund hedge funds) for their trading and credit limit.
The requirements
- Qualified CFA and FRM
- Holder of a good degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
- 5 years working experience on credit in an investment bank or brokerage firm or bank. Knowledge on Repo is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Chinese and English.
