This high successful, market-leading organisation is seeking Credit officer / Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of existing clients. This is an opportunity to be part of a new team and pave the way for your future career development.
As a Credit Officer your principal responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of new and existing clients
- Reconciling client accounts
- Data entry and database management
- High level customer service / collections calls
- Managing and follow-up of account enquiries
- Monitoring of aged invoices and provision of pricing information
To be successful, you will have gained previous experience in a Credit officer / credit collections role and have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment. You will have excellent communications skills and high levels of attention to detail. In addition to this, you will thrive in busy environment and perform at your best working toward tight deadlines.
Your ability to build rapport quickly is essential as you will be responsible for your own ledger and will manage customer accounts within the guidelines of the credit policy. A strong knowledge of MS Excel is essential and SAP system experience would be a definite advantage.
