Credit Risk Analyst, Singapore recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As Credit Risk Analyst, you will provide timely credit risk information to trading and marine business and management for effective decision making. You will work closely with businesses to review credit status of current and new counter parties.
- Provides credit analysis for our trading counterparties and marine bunker customers;
- Responsibilities cover customers credit due diligence, limit setting, exposure monitoring and reporting;
- Regular exposure reporting to management and businesses;
- Providing support to the Trading and Marine Business Development team to ensure adequate credit limit to support the transaction entered; and
- Review the limits set on a yearly or half yearly basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Financial degree with 3 –5 year of relevant experience;
- Proficient in MS office product (Excel);
- Financial services or commodity trading industry experience is essential;
- Good understanding of Credit Risk Analysis methodolgy on assessment of our trading counterparties or marine bunker customers;
- Effective interpersonal skills;
- Experience in effective partnering with trading/operation/business development teams
- Experience in KYC/AML process for onboarding of potential counterparties to reduce reputational risk of our firm
- Assisting in credit insurance coverage and administration matters
