Credit Risk IT BAU Change/Service Manager recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare planned BAU enhancements schedule for the year ahead.

• Conduct regular Prioritisation committees with all stakeholders

• Prepare release progress updates and communicate regular updates to all stakeholders

• Project Manage E2E delivery including analysis, design, development and testing

• Understand business impact of BAU change and revise if necessary Service Level Agreements

• Work with Change Manager to ensure the Change Management Process is followed without exception

• Manage the cutover of BAU releases into production.

• Understand the business impact of the proposed service.

• Review Support requirements for the new service.

• Work with the Service Management to define new or revised SLA’s

• Define the new service into the BAU enhancements program.  

• Ensure that all governance controls have been completed (Training, documentation, Remedy, HUSA, SCM variance etc)

• Provide Service Acceptance

Communication with the vendors on BAU enhancements; project managers on Service introduction; Business users and Front Office on BAU enhancements.
