Credit Sales Trade Support Manager
Responsibilities
- The role requires an experienced Manager with knowledge and exposure to Transaction Management methodology and excellent Client Support experience. The candidate will ideally been fluent in a European language and will be responsible for the management of an appropriate operations control environment capable of supporting the transaction processing and related administrative activities for Fixed Income products and Capital Markets activity.
- Managing a team who provide a liaison service between the customer and internal support functions
- Ability to communicate with areas within Operations, stakeholders and the group as a whole.
- Providing support to senior management to ensure uplift in volumes are addressed and workflows managed accordingly
- Management of the Sales Support team to ensure all TOMS inputs are managed and associated Asset Managers Splits effectively
- Management of the team to ensure that BAU processes are followed and Compliance processes and KYC policies adhered to
- Management and ultimate resolution of customer settlement queries applying an operation knowledge and understanding to ensure a complete service is provided ensuring Key metrics are collated and distributed to management
Technical Experience Required
- Bloomberg TOMS
- OMGEO
- Summit
- Advanced Microsoft package skills
Business Experience Key Skills required
- Detailed Fixed income processing knowledge
- knowledge of New Issues/ Syndication and Bond Origination
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Methodical and controlled approach ensuring operational controls are maintained constantly within the area.
- Excellent Management experience displaying good leadership and influencing skills
- Knowledge of settlement conventions, market practices and operational functions
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products and their features
- Maintaining at all times a delivery of service which maximises reputation and always deliver a high quality of work
- Understanding and appreciation or Regulatory Reporting and the timescales involved.
